This installation is celebrating it's 15th anniversary from its creation. Back then on January 6, 1995, I was asked to do a temporary installation by the Department of Forestry in Oslo Norway to celebrate the winter arts festival. The Burning Tree installation was created with reclaimed wood from the forest and used sheet metal for the basses of the fire. The fire had a continuous burn during the festivities. Thanks to Pano Thurberg from the Swedish Royal Art Academy in Stockholm Sweden for the invitation to be part of it.
